PI undertakes a comprehensive review of business functions and processes such as procurement and finance in organisations.
Clients obtain an assessment against value for money indicators for each function, based on value for money standards established by benchmarking peer organisations and determining best practices.
As an example, in procurement, PI evaluates and benchmarks the organisational structure and influence of procurement in an organisation, its capabilities, performance measurement, policies and processes. Clients obtain about 100 perspectives of their procurement function against peer and good practice benchmarks. Gaps against peer and good practices are quantified and prioritised for client consideration.
Clients obtain a value for money score which can be used to measure progress over time as the organisation changes and as peer practices change.
